ive got a real nasty custy shes very rude but her husband such a nice guy.one ocation i was out collecting .called at this house a day early. as she went to get some money. she said under her breath .you must be desprate for the money.quick  thinking me said when she came back said acctually i not desprate for the money.im going to a close relatives funaral.{lie} her face droped as she thought i had not caught what she had said .turns up this month and said i whant you to do the windows every couple of months ok?.not a chance i dont do every couple of months.ok. by this time id had enough.then the poor husband had come out to say hello.so i told him the score.he just said ignore the stupid bitch just carry on as usual. he says all her family are the same cos they have a few quid they are ignorant and rude they are at least in there late 60s. he must put up with some right shyte.

May come over as a bit unprofessional but if I get spoken to like shyte thats what they can expect back, give as good as you get. Afterall I work for myself and choose how, when and where and for who I work. Money doesn't even come into it for me, if I feel I am not being treated as an equal and without respect, I walk !

It's odd but pretty much everyone I haven't really liked over the past few years has dumped me within about three cleans.

One exception was a terrifically snotty woman who was thoroughly unpleasant to me on her first clean.  I finished and said something like "I've done your windows but I think it's important to enjoy my work.  You were pretty rude to me today so I'm not charging and I won't be coming back. Cheerio".  She just slammed the door and I walked away half an hour of life wasted but happy.

I did have one, dog ugly and was right up herself and just plain rude. I got a window cleaner in Andover to take the job off me.

I just paid you she said. Im like..erm no you didn't. She then says yea I did I gave you the money just now. im like opening my pockets, erm nope sorry I don't have it. Shall I pop back later?

I JUST PAID YOU, she goes..so im like no you haven't, where is it then? in frustration she barges past me delves into the hedges and picks up the notes that fell on the floor...THERE she goes

Im like oh how did it get there? im sure you hadn't paid me.. thanks again.

Right away I took her off the books, and she left a message 3 months later asking why I hadn't been again...honeslty do I need to explain??

Rolling up to a customer in a nice car can have two effects;
1, They think you must be charing too much
2, You must be good to have so many customers to have a car like that.
