I have a underpriced street on my round wich i have had for years, the road is narrow so limited parking, the houses drop down 3 story's on some of them, they all have narrow access to back gates, and its the only day a month were i really never want to go to... What would you all do? Just get rid of it and spend that full day leafletting?

I didnt come into window cleaning to have days were i just really didnt want to go to work! The customers are all friendly enough but i dont hit my hourly rate and its a nightmare.

Try working in Brighton and you will feel like that every day  :D
parking problems everywhere, constant traffic, buggies, narrow streets and cluttered pavements full of rubbish, paradise by the sea  ;D

seriously though bung a fiver increase on each one, they will drop like flies or stay with you, problem solved  ;)

With a surname like that it'd be highly unlikely.

I have a council estate that I do once a month. It's half an hour away, and I picked up the first customer there through a family member of a customer who lived round the corner from me. The former asked around the estate on my behalf and through her I got a few more.

Most turned out to be messers or non-payers, but I was determined to turn things around as I needed the work (I was in the early stages of building my run and was quite honestly desperate). Just as I was reaching the point of thinking that I was flogging a dead horse, I picked up a few more customers on the estate, who over the last year have proved to be model customers. The messers who were dragging me down have been culled and it is now a real pleasure to go there. The pleasure was heightened recently when one non-payer got her elderly mother to ask me back ('do them today and I'll pay you next week', said the old girl) and I told her how much her daughter still owed!

i wish i had the discipline to just do it anyway but i hate this job on a good day so theres nothing worse than work that annoys you :)

Well this week i have picked up 50% of what i am giving away, all better priced jobs!
So im going to bite the bullet, get shot and replace with better work. There is nothing worse than not wanting to go to work because you know it will be the day from hell.
