ok lol...
sounds like some people have had some bad encounters with brodex, I got my system installed off them and ive never had a problem with them, I already no that the clx and slx are a lot lighter, I don't think they aim for that though with there alloy poles, they aim for them to be hard wearing and low maintenance, which they are. ide say there the best alloy pole on the market, obviously anything over 22ft is going to hurt in alloy, I have there old 18 ft pole and its great, ok its 500g more heavier than my gardiner slx but I still use it, the extra weight helps for scrubbing on some jobs, they have there own advantages over the lighter poles.
but yea everyone says there a bad company, I cant say a word to fault them, got my system off them, 5 months later it sprung a leak from the 4040ro, rang them up Tuesday, they had me in on Friday and fixed under my guarantee; so as far as it goes with my experience, there absolutely fine. think a lot of the bad words that are spoke are influenced by there competition. don't let it fool you because it didn't me.
