Trigger finger
« on: June 12, 2014, 09:33:58 pm »
I'm finding that recently after a full days cleaning my hands lock in the straight position over night and it's really painful.  I think it's trigger finger but not sure.  Any ideas and what treatment might work.  Was thinking of wearing gloves so don't have to grip pole so tightly  ???

I was getting pins and needles in my hands and all other types of pain.

I was told about a powerball and for £20 thought meh why not.

Well it's been a month. No pain. No grip problems and happy.

Give it a go mate.

Go and see the doctor. If it is trigger finger you can have an injection that can potentially cure it. I had it in the ring finger on each hand and after injections from the doctor problem is completely gone.
