Hi I would like some advice please. This hasn't happened to us before but one of our cleaners has told me she's 12weeks pregnant. She said she would like to work for the next 2 or 3 months if she can. I have read I need to do a risk assessment, I know 2 places she has to carry the Hoover upstairs!
She only does 8 hrs a week for us what is the situation about maternity pay?
