Outsides and in and out?

They haven't been cleaned for over a year and likely to be a one off.

Not much change from a grand I'd have thought.

Edit: make it 2 cause it's black and white.

800?? Are you guys having a laugh.
I have never tried cleaning the insides of these kind of windows... But i very much doubt it would take nearly a week to do (wich is roughly what a 1 man van would charge per week)

If i knew more about cleaning the insides of these windows i would charge per day and i would suggest the full lost could be done in 2 days? I could be wrong lol just seems massively expensive

Lol.. Viewing it tomorrow so I haven't seen it, but you seem to be right. Reading another page it says another house was built elsewhere on the estate in 1971. Will post some pictures tomorrow.

you'll regret it when your cleaning that if you dont charge close to 1k, those tall sash windows take 3 times longer than you think they will. plus you will need big step ladders inside and have to move all their crap out the way then put it back again

I had a call from the one below today. The last people took 5 working days. 2 men 2 1/2 days. and charged £500. You have to wonder why they didn't go back this year. When I said £800 (the last people did it on ladders) they were staggered.  ::)roll
