Restoration on Marley commercial flooring

I have been asked to restore this flooring that has been regularly cleaned with a black pad and stripping agent. Some areas have been subjected to paint spills and heavy wear. Please see attached photograph of the flooring type.

Can I go straight to burnish, or are other processes required?
