Nope, it's an end tenant clean so it's a one off. If anyone complains i calmly explain it's no different than rain water!

I clean that high with my SLX 25, but its a bit of a stretch.  So you should be fine with the extra 5 feet.

Good luck with that one, your washing dirt of the windows above that's different than rain water.
Put it this way if you had just cleaned the property below and somebody came along and cleaned
the one above would you be happy?
Not only could you fall out with a tenant below but also with another shiner, that's why cleaning flats can be a pain.

well ive done it before with no probs. However. if it was a regular job i'd avoid it if i did'nt clean below it unless the tenants/owners were happy with it!

Done the same myself a few years back 4 flats on a third floor, had a run in with another shiner whose customers
where complaining that he wasn't cleaning the windows and charging.
He had cleaned the first 2 floors earlier that day and I had dirtied them with water from above.
Looking back I think he must of thought I was trying to ruin his reputation so don't blame him for being angry.
Like I say flats can be a pain.

Sorry to contradict everyone GB but I don't think it'll reach.
You're talking 3rd floor, 4th storey.
I think you'll just reach the glass on tip toe and at full stretch.
(I'd be pleased if I was wrong though-I assume that's your longest pole)

The slx 30 is 35 feet isnt it? Although you  would think it would be 30 ft! looks like i might need the step ladder after all  :P

I use a slx30 and find it just does a 3 storey. I presume once you come to the red tape you don't go any further?
