I've just taken on my first commercial clean and need advice on risk assessment i.e where to start and obviously I am Health and Safety compliant and have a little savvi

Just need a template if possible and info on who it goes to i.e is it just something you have to write or do you have to copy it to the company you are cleaning for as well.
Any help would be much appreciated!
