WFP is by far the best way to clean SFG's - less mess, better clean.

Using a pressure washer is messy and the telescopic lances are really unpleasant and heavy to use.

Your average 3 bed house front and back usually takes around 40 mins to clean with a window clean thrown in.

I personally use a pressure lance , find it 3 times quicker at least. Spray on some TFR first then rinse off.

I did a 3 bed semi today, would take an hour by pole done in 12 minutes. The poles are heavy and awkward but after a few houses you get used to it. I wouldn't pole s&f now unless there was a very good reason.

It would pike. If you were doing lots of them though, then I wouldn't scrimp on it.

You don't need a monster PW for s&f. I have a 13hp 16lpm power washer and its too much. Its great for driveways but I have to turn the throttle right down. I recon if you aren't doing driveways a 6.5hp at about 8lpm would do the job fine and would cost less.

I don't know if I could endorse a karcher from BnQ. a 6.5 horse Honda would be better.
