Does anyone have any ideas on staff recruitment? i'm finding it more and more difficult to recruit staff with the will to work!!! All i seem to be getting is Eastern european who when they understand are mostly fantastic workers but most have a  language barrier which leads to health and safety issues as well!!! and i also get people who think cleaning is just spraying a bit of polish around the place and running the vacuum over the middle of the floor!!!!! and no matter how much i show someone how it's done it's back the same after a month but you dont want to get rid of them because i've got to replace them! I've tried paying more!! most of are jobs i pay £6.00ph-£6.50ph i've even got a few jobs at £7.50ph so if anyone else has got any ideas i would be grateful!!! ;D
