Had a call back on a one off vac job last week, the gutter was overflowing after persistent rain at the down pipe. Went back and said either a bracket or down pipe blocked which the vac cannot clear as the crevice nozzle can't get round the s bend before it connects to the down pipe. Not usually a problem on easy access down pipe but this one was right next to the side of the conservatory with no access other than to either go on the roof or ladder over conservatory, neither which I was prepared to do as my insurance would definitely not cover, nor was it worth risking.
I put the ladder up to the side of cons for inspection and I could see the down pipe was blocked as water was struggling to get through so I offered to attach custy hose with trigger gun to a tele plus pole as there was good water pressure there and try and flush it which I did but not completely. What tool do you use? I spoke to Oliver at Grippa but it seems this is one job gutter vac's can't manage?
