Hi Marcus.

I bought the same 75gal r o and i had the same problem, my tap pressure is not high enough so i had to buy the intergrated pump box. That solved the prob, but i have sent 2 of these back since christmas for repair. :(

I dont know if ive just been unlucky or if there is a design problem with them, will soon find out just got my second one back today from repair.

Cheers Jeff.

I had to send my first pump back as one of the wire connectors was loose inside the plastic joining clip.  Continually arcing across the gap.  :o

New one works fine.

What was the problem with yours?

Hi Marcus.
sorry i dident reply earler been watching football.

Pump box you can buy from ro-man where you got R O from, they are £85.00 inc v.a.t. If you spend over £100.00 with them delivery is free.

Mine will now fill a 210ltr water butt over night now.
Fitting is quite simple each connection is labled with a diagram on the box, but you will need a float valve cut off, but dont buy the whole kit all you need is the float valve.

Hi Spotless.

dont know what was wronge with first one, but second one transformer melted, and low pressure switch went on the box.

Hope this answers  your Qs

Cheers Jeff.
