Sometimes the only way to find out is to phone them up and ask them the question directly. I haven't received any work from you this year - what is the reason for this?

I could be that someone 'inside' has made the decision that trad cleaning doesn't fit their operating profile and so are using cleaners who are wfp. Who knows? But you won't know until you ask IMHO.

robertphil are you not 100% trad?

not having a pop as i was trad for 16 years but i couldnt clean windows as well by hand as i can with wfp.its just not possible as pure water cleans the frames and glass to a much higher standard.plus all the awkward windows get cleaned which previously would get missed.

some jobs i clean now with wfp i wouldnt have a hope in hell of cleaning off a ladder.too high up,awkward and dangerous.

of course i still use a mop and blade on some work but its mainly ground floor windows here and there.

also on private commercial jobs health and safety comes into place.housing association flats too.they dont want you working off a ladder in my experience.

the last job i did for them, the customer booked thru their site and paid them online        but then she heard nothing

weeks later she got in touch with me ,shed been expecting me to come with no delay after she paid them -but  i knew nothing about it

i then hurried over and cleaned  it  for free as expected . and im still doing it   and paid normally

Seriously Dazmond you actually believe that wfp cleans windows to a higher standard than traditional
methods.
I'm a wfp cleaner and it works for me but there's no way I would say it does a better job than good traditional
cleaning methods.

Comparing how I cleaned trad to how I clean wfp,  the pole wins every time.
Also I am quicker with wfp even though I am giving  a better service, as I now clean frames and cills

That's not the same as saying it does a better job, I would rather clean windows using wfp any day off the
week.
But if I had to I could achieve as good if not better quality using traditional methods, giving the
frames and sills a clean with a damp microfiber isn't rocket science.

If I went back to trad and cleaned frames and cills,  I would take double the time wfp takes me
it's difficult to objectively compare trad and wfp

Not trying to compare wfp to traditional in speed or the money making benefits.
I just cant believe that an experienced window cleaner could believe that one method could
be better than another when it comes to quality.
Clean glass is clean glass and clean frames are clean frames it doesn't matter what type of equipment you
use to achieve it.

I cant see the argument here, if the frames and cills have ingrained soils then its not possible to remove these ingrained soils with wfp as you need to remove these soils the trad way with cleaning solution and agitation, just from my experience anyway.
