Did a hotel a few weeks back, looked like a very dodgy hotel and I was on 2 minds weather to even do it or not, it wer like a hotel of shameless,   In Manchester too lol

So I clean the windows 4 storey building took me 2,5 hours, went in to collect payment, some little goon comes over n gives it "she's just nipped out sumo what time she will be back" ok I say and leave an invoice,

No replies to my emails and every time I ring it's the same can I take a msg blah blah bullpoop,  I'm ready for egging the windows, but I thought IDE try the sensible route first,

Anyone any suggestions? They owe me £100 only but it ain't the point, it's the pride of it that's doing my head on I've always thought of myself as someone who don't take no poop and this is my first encounter with a situation like this.

Go in at a time that they also have customers in. (It's amazing how often they pay if the paying customers eyes are on them.) If it's a hotel it will be about 11 o'clock check out. Explain your invoices are overdue and you need a cheque today.

Go back and try and see the woman face to face and ask for the money?

If that fails book a room for a night under a different name every week - that will wind them up and loose them money when no one turns up.

If still no joy, pop in with some freinds and have a 100 quids worth of food in the restaurant and give them your invoice as "payment"

I had a hotel like this to pay 50% up front it was also £100 don't give them that much credit I have a procedure big jobs pay 50% up front or I'm not intrested
If it looses me the job I don't care they can't expect people to jump at wim we don't know them so 50% is fair
They are still a customer today
