some companies send them at the start of the month, some at the end.
some companies give them for 1 month, some 6 months some for 12.
some orders cover every type of job, some only cover specific jobs so I need more than one number.

I seem to lose days in this office just trying to figure out who wants what.

Neil they are a pain in de ass. The management company should send my years p/O's do all the schemes they don't I always email head office in March for the new p/O's which I got my last one last week. All done for the year but thre is one scheme every 6 weeks I have to wait to get PO for that job hate erm. If I change a bulb I can't just add it onto the invoice I have to get a seperate PO raised what a pain !!!! 😁

The only job where I've needed a PO number, they gave me one ongoing number to quote each time I cleaned.  I imagine it can be a pain if it starts to get complicated.
