If it has that much moss on it ,you will find the seal has possibly failed. A decent sealed job should be able to take cleaning with a whirl-a-way without the use of chemicals (maybe reduce the pressure slightly).
Can you whistle Dixie from your bottom as Rob suggested...maybe a short youtube video?

Little old lady watches a gentleman from across the sea go right up one side of the road digging holes and then his mate comes along thereafter filling them in, she asks why one digs and then the second fills them in. They explain to her that they are usually a tree men team but the bloke who plants the trees is off sick  ;D

Now we can start again or continue along this vein.

When I asked you what you were thinking of doing you had offered two options, my reply was to your question and was a response to which one of the two options you had thought about doing. From that I and others on the forum would be able to see where you are at and give you the right advice and probably assist you moving forward.

I would hope that you haven't spent money on those leaflets because they are not good enough, only because of the spelling mistake, other than that they are bright and in your face and they won't look like the other usual dross that gets pushed through letterboxes everyday.
