So I'm trying to see if George works for me; it seems to but I have a question re: invoicing please.

When I print an invoice it only seems to allow a small number of characters for the description and so how would I produce the following:

Meglacorp Ltd
Big Trad Estate
Bristol
BS99 1AA

Date

Window cleaning carried out earlier this month comprising:-

Front entranceway monthly clean for Jan Feb March @ £15   =  £45.00
Quarterly external clean    £50.00

Total  £95.00

Terms: Payment by return please
