Advice on canvassing
« on: March 25, 2006, 06:20:05 pm »
Hi Guys,
With the help of leaflet drops, and phoning my carpet cleaning customers I have managed to identify a couple of areas that don't appear to have regular window cleaners.
I'd like to canvass these areas but the problem is that around 90% of houses around here (and within about a five mile radius) have 'Notice To Callers, we do not buy from callers at the door etc etc...' stickers issued by essex trading standards. Should I just ignore them and knock anyway? What would you guys do?

Any advice would be appreciated
Cheers
J

Thanks Macc,
Maybe I will just bite the bullet, it won't be the first time I've been told to bugger off  ;)
