As title. What gives the best results. Any chance on damaging frames with it?

Every chance with the G one, and the V one.

Maybe on a microscopic level if used neat and left under the summer sun for 12 hrs

I'm sure that a chemist will be able to prove some long term damage with repeated use, but diluted to 20% used once  ( in my unqualified opinion and experience ) will be ok.

When summer comes don't let it dry on the glass

Hi Smudger, yes you are right if diluted well and used once you will be okay, its the continuous use of these harsh chemicals that causes the damage to upvc surfaces, and trust me it dose not matter about the sun just look at the ingredients on the msds and you can tell exactly what dose cause the damage.

Clover who make Virosol also do a UPVC cleaner dont know what it is like though . Mike

WE use SP10 from The Chemical Co - near Southport - very good results

After a number of years the finish on upvc frames becomes flat as in it loses that new polished shiny look no matter if you clean trad and use fairy or WFP or anything else .

You see that a effect much sooner on new cheaper composite doors people custys dont have a clue how to look after them after 3 years the composite door at our old house still looked brand new .

My new windows and door will getting a treatment every 12 weeks or so . Mike

I've used G101 and virosol and I personally think g101 brings the frames on upvc up whiter, like a bleaching effect.
