I think their are 3 of us with an A ( purple rhino being the other )
Used to be all the time, it bugged the hell out of me, but now at 47 years of age, I can't be asked to correct them especially when it's my brother or sisters..... 😁

Those of you who purchased the pump from Aldi, did you get the reducer and the angle adapter with it, as I didn't?! Looking at the Parts page (3) it says it has one.

Got it sorted Darran. Rang customer services who pit me through to the branch were I purchased it from. They checked inside a box in the store and confirmed mine should have had it in. Great water flo, well impressed!

My transfer pump is the same as Daran's new one. It sits above the ibc tank in a cupboard. I can assure you it has never been self priming. I also had to buy a footvalve (non return valve) for it.
When we had that very cold winter a couple of years ago I drained the pump to prevent frost damage. I had to prime it again to get it going.

Well it started straight off today, no priming, seven minutes later 1500 ltrs transferred into the vans 😄😄
That's gonna save me at least 35 minutes, ahhh lovely extra half hour in bed
