I seem to have a  couple of jobs each day with really bad staining from perished rubber seals, I scrub and rinse well but they don't come up very good, it helps if I use Virisol etc but it takes a lot longer and they still don't come up perfect.  I know it will go in time just wondered how everyone else deals with the problem?

Same really, but i use a diluted ubik mix.

I must admit its take 3 years but we have non of this now or milky frames thank god!

Neither I use car detailing spray bottles £2 red,blue,green and yellow collars on the bottles so i know what chemical is what.

For roof and fascias, i use a good pump up sprayer that Mark M recommend (top job it does) and a clx 18 with its own pole hose and tap. On the end is a fan jet.

used it today, bloody awesome. Brought the pole in the sale as well. So i have a brand new clx as back up back up (back up is another extreme )

Scrub and rinse the window as normal making sure you rinse along the seals well.
Then rub the brush along the seal to remove any droplets of water and
rinse again 3 inches below the seal.
Xtreme medium mixed is a brilliant brush for this.

Mono filament brushes cause less bleaching on perished seals that run black marks. Whilst flocked bristles are better for scrubbing in general.....they are worse for seals that bleach unless it's low work that you can rinse brush off
