A mate of mine was told by a customer that they were going to some play or other (£80.00 a ticket!). 'My wife and children are going to that too' says my mate. 'ohhh, I didn't know they were doing cheap tickets' came the reply. They weren't.

Quality! Some people are so ignorant.

I got told by a jobless drug addict last week that I was doing "the worst job in the world".  The irony was that we were halfway through our best paying job of the quarter. I just chuckled at him as he wondered off, freezing in a tshirt, probably to score his next hit!

If people knew how much we can "potentially" earn (with right work ethic etc) they would hate us.lol

Jealousy is a terrible thing.

I can't believe the stuff people come out with sometimes. He gave up bricklaying in Dublin cause there was no work. I taught him to window clean and he's built a nice round. He heard the other day some guys he used to work with were laughing about him in the pub because he cleans windows. The irony is none of these guys have had a job since the crash.
