Squeegee trail marks
« on: March 13, 2014, 09:20:26 am »
For some reason I have noticed more recently with the low sun that my blades have to be changed more often and seems to be leaving trail marks.....

Silly question as been in business years(but seems to be happening more)when u buy a squeegee it comes with clips on both ends of rubber.... however I tend to just use the one clip when changing blade... Could this make a difference? I also thought maybe changing squeegee more often(We use Ettore 10 inch and blades)

Any advice on this? We tend to buy the pre cut 10 inch ettore and I've tried other blades but always seem to prefer ettore. Maybe I just need to change blades more often but I tend to notice that the slightest thing can leave trail marks....

What do you guys use and advise?  :)

Water fed pole.

 ;D

Just kidding.

We use ettore stainless steel squeegees with end clips and facelift razor blade (red) rubbers.
 Pure water and ecover soap.

Still the leave the odd streak or mark but a microfiber gets rid of it.

Only have to change rubbers when I get a nik in it and it leaves lines.
