Removed this customer from the round way back in about September last year ... done em 3 times .. 1st clean charged double on (thankfully) 2nd clean took ages to pay as did 3rd clean so decided to drop em last year but there on a close where I do 4 others ... cleaning the one next door to them and out she pops and im thinking theyre gonna say why haven't you cleaned ours for ages and thinking gonna be a row when I tell em they were dropped for being crap payers ... but no "can you leave ours this time"  ...

I dumped one myself the other day only a £5 front only job, but i have loads in a row, after "difficultys" with this woman before, I agreed to let her go every other month if she kept it to herself as I didnt want everyone following suit.

Anyway she comes out last week saying leave it this time. I had already spoke to her saying if i let her do it the whole street will want to, so I just said I will have to take you off the round your either on the round or not. she chose not

I've got one who I only charged £15.50 for a very big semi every 8 weeks. They always keep me waiting for payment and they owed me three cleans (going back six months!) totalling £46.50. I'd just upheld the forum rule of "I've gained two so I can cull one" and decided it was going to be her.

So I was doing all her monthly neighbours and I tap the door and say not due for 4 weeks but I'd like to collect the three outstanding payments please.

She says she's not too well at the moment but she'll post a cheque. I smiled and bit my tongue so as to get payment but crossed her off the round.

Cheque arrives today with a post-it note saying her husband is going to clean them (yeah right) but she'll have me back later if it doesn't work out.

That's what she thinks!

I had one auld fella recently tell me that he's changing me for a new start up, someone with a young family (as if he's all heart), but if it doesn't work out, he'll have me back.

I smiled, shook my head, and said, "No, sorry, I won't!"

Had similar with a £35 job, they cancelled and said they will give a new starter a go. Coz they are cheaper i said? Yes she said lol. Ok byyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeee

Yeah I got criticized by an idiot on another forum for being racist because I thought customers of a particular culture were messers, he's the type of politically corrrect idiot who thinks it's insulting to ethnic minorities if Lee Rigby has a memorial errected I suppose.

never seen your comment but it would seem that anyone who speaks the truth about other cultures are too quickly labelled a racist .......... I just hate everyone the same amount

Had one once who wanted to go 8 weekly for 8 quid from 4 weekly then requested 16 weekly for 8 quid, as they couldn't afford it yep, that's 50p per week, lived in a 180 grand semi with 2 BMWs on the drive with 2 families living in the house.
