Hi Guys, its been a while, hope your all well.
Anyway, got a new job today a Restaurant In & Out. Mainly straight forward, but they have two windows that are blocked by seating booths, that have around only 7-9 inches clearance down the back, and are approx 3-4ft in height and 6-7ft long..
No matter how I tried I could not get a decent finish because I couldn't get any pressure or the right Angle of attack with squeegee on a pole (only way to reach into space).
I use a Wagtail and could wash Ok but just couldn't get right angle for rubber on glass when sqeegeeing off.
Even tried wagtail adapter which usually works but seemed too flimsy working left to right ect.. (hope you get what I mean?
Accessing these windows from end of each seating booth..
Does anybody have any advice how to access these sort of jobs please?
Does anybody use those 'Pads' (I know Unger do them) on this sort of job? If so, are they any good??

Id just scrim the windows inside if you cant get a squeegie down there.

 but I cant get in there at all, cant reach over the top, or can only reach from sides with a pole and because of angle cant really get any pressure on end of pole..

Yes Mark but didnt think about that till tonight, Ha ha ha Will get one next time.
Think I may invest in some of those pads for indoor work..

just tell them you cannot get a decent finish on them due to the booth design.

If I am imagining this the right way, I would use spray bottle of de-ionised and easyshine pads.  Might have to go over it several times, changing pads, on first clean.  Might be imperfect even then but there's only so much you can do if access is difficult.

Thanks David, thats what I was thinking.
Can you recommend those pads then? if so which ones are good?
I have seen the SIR ones cheap enough, as this is only job I will need them for I dont want to spend too much on them really.
