pole clamps
« on: February 27, 2014, 09:53:59 pm »
I bought a phoenix pole some time ago and although it hasn't had that much use all the sections are spinning. Is it possible to get new clamps as I can't use the pole otherwise. Nice pole but the clamps are useless

When did you buy the pole? That should not be happening, drop me a line at fox@faceliftcleaning.com and we can get it sorted

Actually, the normal recourse would be the customer to contact the company they bought it from then they would contact us for repair/replacement.... It would of been dealt with a lot quicker that way.
