If you have that much to do, work on the tools less. I've managed to only do 4 days on the tools since Christmas. If you are busy in the office, you are busy in the office and the lads will have to get their head around that.
Start by having every other Monday off to do the previous weeks paperwork etc and work forward from there.
Steve I get what you are saying but spending more time in the office wont solve the problem. Nor will using my secretary. both of us can cash up, that's not the issue I have.
The problem is WHEN it needs to be done. I need to update the system at the end of the day. check takings are correct, then plan for the next day, IE text customers, print work sheets and such. Sometimes this can take a couple of hours if there is a slight problem or lots of stuff to add such as "Mrs Jones want her conny cleaned next month"
I am fed up having to do it in the evening so am looking for an alternative.
Software seems the way forward but not sure which. Cleaner Planner has been talked about a lot on here but never seems to amount to anything so I am wondering if it ever will.
Round Partner and Aworker seem the best choice.
