I went out at 9 30 and sat in the car at a customers house for half a hour and gave up and went home. (ped off)
its literally bucketing it down and windy which I hate working in....

On a good note I bought a rhino x3 bar roof rack for my ford escort last night for £35 so took off my wifes old mercedes ones that I nicked and put the new ones on.  Looks great. :)

One round I do I manged to get to the outskirts of the village but the roads were badly flodded in places so in the end I gave up and came home. Lucky for me I did not knacker the van engine as was quite deep in places.

That picture is crazy where is it from

On top of a mountain in Somerset.

That is a lake of cider, not water.

They're all drunk down there.  Even David Cameron had a few jars.

Today has been one of the few decent days where the sun actually came out for most of the day and didn't need my waterproofs for a change. Back to waterproofs, snow, heavy rain and strong winds agai tomorrow, lovely  ;D

A report on BBC news suggested the floods may still be in evidence in 6 months as the ground water levels are so high.
