May I ask do you already do domestic gutter clearing by ladders?

Reason why I'm asking I've found so say gutter vacs have limitations to what they can actually do.

I use one but sometimes it's quicker just to nip up the ladder.
Did one at the w/e and guy left garage unlocked for power as he could not be there.
Ladder off first and quick check all round, one great lump lifted from one corner and I was done, it was totally clear.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Wont get sods out that are trapped under tiles/wires or jammed under flashing.

I have a Kevin Martin vacuum and for the money compared to a sky vac I cannot complain. I have a Streamline pole with a hook to move or break the turf before the vac. I have carbon fishing pole tubes as well !

We found Skyvac to be most suitable for us. Big wheels (makes difference while moving around premises), well built and powerful vac. Great after sale support from Spinaclean. Worth the money. Customers made comments they like it also...
Still as already said sometimes its quicker to actually use ladder.

may be quicker but not safer is it worth the risk falling off a ladder for say a few more minutes?

Minimal risk if you have the ladder set up properly.
Had to go up the other day and physically pull the flashing out to get to the blockage no way could you have broken it up and got it out and left it clear with the vac.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Its true vac is not a solution to some of the gutters unfortunately. We manage to get circa 90% of them done with it anyway. Works for us.
