Rojak ladder stopper good piece of kit 

but a pain to carry about 

comes in handy for keeping my water barrels in 1 place in my van

Great idea but what a pain to carry.

Mines in the shed.

I now have articulated feet on the ladders. Simple and effective.

I use it, when I use a ladder on commercial jobs.

Takes a bit longer, but if I am using a ladder, I'm staying alive, & I'm going to be insured.

That's the way I work.  It may not seem practical for you.

i do the insides of a community centre that has wooden varnished floors. Did twice without, with a near vertical ladder.
Got rojak. Quicker by 15 mins cos i ain't sh%$ing myself and am able to go more like a windmill.

It is a must piece of kit to have in the tool box if you still use a ladder. Even though mine is only used for 1 job.

I have one and use it regularly. It is a great piece of kit and the ladder is so secure that it inspires confidence. A bit like American Express 'dont leave home without it'

Yes, Ive got one too.

Have to admit, don't always use it.

It is a pain to carry when you have all the other stuff.

Also, customers don't always have a suitable surface to put it on.

There have been situations where I think it's a really good bit of kit.

Not that expensive, I've spent my money on less useful things.

How do you mean the customer does not have a suitable surface? do you mean a slope?

Either a slope, or uneven surface, or gravelly bits on the floor.
