any local wfp windies on here can help out?
« on: January 07, 2014, 07:22:03 pm »
hi guys as im going wfp slowly over the next few months and still learning i was wondering if theres any local windies in the stockport manchester area who'd let me tag along for a day and work for them for free obviously doing the wfp work and they show me they're techniques and do's and dont's etc?
if anyone is feeling friendly enough to help me out i'd apreciatte it and you'd be getting a free days labouring out of me lol, can understand if no one wants too as some of the windies round here dont even give you a nod when passing!!

They're lulling you in.
Dave 'hatchet' wood is the don
He'll be all nice to you on the day but you'll wake up with a whippets head in your bed
Daz 'dark destroyer' mond is his right hand man
Between them, they control all the window cleaning north of Watford.
Don't worry though, you pay them 90% of your takings and they 'protect' you
You'll be fine

yeah cheers guys, i thought i removed that comment a while ago actually when i first started window cleaning, i originally put that down as some old boy window cleaner told me thats a great selling point as alot of people dont like the pole but then i did have thoughts to remove the comments a while and ive not done it for some reason lol, im gonna go on in a bit and rectify that along the lines of now im turning to the dark side i think wfp is the mutts nuts!
its actually winding me up as i got my pole and trolley ready to go but waiting for my di tanks to come before i can get out there plus i want to learn the technique and perfect it all before i start it, today i had a monster house with a big conservatory took me ages and all i kept grumbling to myself was cant wait for wfp!!
salford not too far pal but now ive spoke to Dave and he works my area i cant wait to meet up with him and he can show me the ways of the force!

Woodsy thought me how to WFP about 7 years ago. Once he realised he wasn't getting a hand shandy by way of thanks we got on just fine. If he asks you to sit in his van after his training session for a 'chat' - RUN.
