I can't see an option that allows you to do that.If you click on set up new customer it just gives you the spaces to add name and email address.
Just get one of the buttons put on your website. It's the route I'm going to go down. Then you can tell them to just go to your web page and follow the instructions.

GoCardless has worked really well for us.I have added customers myself...You just need their name, address, email address and bank account details. Most customers just signup via our website though >> www.iconicwindowcleaning.co.uk/directdebitAndy
how do you add customers your self?when i log in all i can input is name, address, email, reference...i then have a choice to add to payment plan or request authorisation but from what i can see no request is made for bank details......so the customer must still have to open an email and click on the link provided, if this is correct how are you adding customers bank details?regardsbob
