I dunno, seems like your just going to upset yourself? Worse case scenario, you drive all that way, punch him, it's then a police matter that will probably be construed as far more serious than the original con! Maybe better just taking this one on chin and do better research before buying stuff on web.

No defo not.
I think people know of me well enough to know i never made customers up and vouch ive never had anyone apart from my albanian/kosovan chum ok cleaning who was unhappy which in his case was unhappy as 70 percent dropped out due to him not doing a good.
Would you spend all day with 3 canvassers and after paying them find out a month after that the guy you canvassed for lost most of the customers and from ringing them to see if was down to canvassers or cleaner found he did a poor job and was noted to be rude by many of them aswell! And then would you pay him 70% of his money back?

I think the cancellations could be a couple of thinks,firstly a bad clean,secondly cleaner being Eastern European ,some people don't like or trust Eastern Europeans,customers may have been surprised to see Eastern Europeans after being canvassed by English people
