Well I am in the north east of the country (Aberdeenshire), though I suspect that is not what you mean....

And yes I have studied the forecast, wind gusting to 60+mph and snow from about lunch time onwards.

North East England
Forecast Summary
Thursday
Squally winds and potentially damaging gusts likely as rain moves southwards. Brighter but much colder later, with winds gradually easing as further blustery and increasingly wintry showers follow.

According to BBC Weather anyway...

Probably be okay unless you're wfping higher than 2 storeys  ;D

Windy days are a pain - especially if it's bin collection day as I spend ages picking up blown-over wheelie bins in case the custies think I knocked them over or, worst still, picking up laundry blown off their clothes lines....

I hope they show their appreciation this Xmas...!

Watch how you go today if everyone's going out.

It's gale force winds here. Might be a day tinkering with my van set up I think. I've got a new flow controller to fit.
