Re-organising the round
« on: December 04, 2013, 03:07:01 pm »
Alright lads,

I've got to the point where my round needs reorganising.

When I first started I offered 4, 6 and 8 weekly cleans. I've even hot about 5 12 weeklys.

What it means is that I'm not working efficiently. I was thinking of emailing them all saying its 4 or 8 weekly now.

Has anyone else massively reorganised their round?

Any tips?

Cheers,

Caleb

just do it mate none will notice except the pensioners who write it on the calender when you last cleaned  ;D

if they do notice most wont be ar sed and those that moan too much you can either switch em to a mutually conveniant frequency or cull them.

I've avoided the "6 weeklys" - they always crop up on really busy days. IMO I would just put the 6 weeks on 8 weeks (they'll probably not notice especially if you wfp them). It would then leave you more space for new custies.... Job's a goodun!  :)

im in the same situation, im now trying to get everybody on 6 weeks and the odd 12 weekly. i find 6 weekly to be preffered by most people and they hardly ever notice if your early or late

Going to have to be fairly ruthless as it is my business and it's the 5% of customers that muck everything up.

Will feedback in Jan once I've made the changes.

Keep a standard of 4 weekly, 8 weekly and if need be 12 weekly. No mucking about mate
