However, we can't get the boiler to ignite    Maybe air or a long day and light going, so we wrapped it.

Also, Not sure what regulator people are using, but apparently, you need one with a flash back fitting, mate of mine runns a welding/ air product supplys and even with 30% discount! still came in at £75.16  however, better safe than sorry!

Is the pump before the boiler? Try turning the flow rate up to 99 too.

If it has a water flow numpty on the front of the heater that needs adjusting too.

Think he just made £75.16 off you that wasn't totally necessary.

You have bought a propane boiler and a propane regulator haven't you?

Yes Dave, I bought the natural gas one from the link sometime ago, but managed to get it swapped for the Propane one.

use duracell batteries for ignition.also turn the flow control dial on heater right down and pump controller up.make sure gas is on and it should work fine.

if its still not working get a normal gas regulator for a tenner and try that.

7l pump is 2l higher than most of us use. Probably just need to cut your flow rate down a bit.
