I cleaned a EOT clean this week-WFP.
She was happy with them.
Just had their new place built c.£3m I'd guess.
Had wooden frames & painted. Lovely little Georgian ones.
Said she wants trad as the brush 'takes the paint off the window' her husband told her.
I said no problem. It'll be £100 trad or £50wfp.
 

OP-if you have the time and inclination, clean however the customer asks and estimate cost on your usual hourly rate.
I could guess that the leather method would take 3 times as long (I'm guessing though)
Tell her it'll be (say) £10 WFP with a clean guarantee.
Or £30 with a leather.

Aha so...but sensei tosh, you assume my current mental state is one of sanity...you above all should know that to assume makes an ass of you and me!

You just assumed that I assumed you were sane!  I didn't; no-one is sane; Carl Jung said 'show me a sane man and I'll cure him' which infers we're all mental to some degree.

But if you took her on, you're mental (more than just a degree).  And if this is a wind-up, you ought to leave the humour to those who're capable of being funny and stop drinking the bong water.

No joke. Some old shiners I know reckon they were as quick with a shammy as we are with a squeegee. Which is why I felt it to be a challenge.

Do them off the ladder but charge twice as much , be sure to tell her before you start.
I used to be soft like you but you soon snap out of it after a few cleans off the ladders,

The German firms over here train the new lads on shop windows with cloth and chamois. On the mall square Georgian type jobs that need ins and outsides, they have no choice. Years ago when I first started, we had a dye cloth factory with windos like that. Took 3 of us a week to complete, and after an hour or so, your arms felt like they would fall off!!  Must have been Hell before squeegies or WFP came along.
