have you tried purefreedom ? there a good company veryhelpful,ive always found them competative on price

There must be a cleaner on here who is not too far away that will show you their system and let you pick their brains for a few hours
I'm actually a fully qualified engineer by trade and could easily have done the work if I had access to the right tooling. However I paid pure freedom to kit my van out because I needed a non standard, quite specific frame building so that I could easily remove tank and frame without having to remove loads of nuts and bolts
I paid a fair whack for this but when you consider all their expenses I don't think the price was unreasonable. They are a very professional company to deal with in my opinion
However, having said all that I certainly wouldn't entertain the idea of paying someone else to fit one for me in future now I know how it all works

you can fit everything you need for about 1200, its really not hard at all, i or someone else can write you a guide if you cant find someone close, h20 on heres pretty handy in fitting vans out diy, you cant really mess anything up, all you can do wrong really is find you are missing a few bits and need to drive to bnq as long as you buy the main things, hose, real, connectors pump battery and tank you will have all you need, pure freedoms your best bet bu d

Tom try Sureclean in Omagh N. Ireland, you wont go far wrong they fit an excellent system
that will last you many years.
They will also show you how to maintain and use it properly.
To build a system of similar quality yourself wont save you a lot maybe £300 or £400 tops and thats
if you don't make any mistakes.
If you can, go for a bigger tank.

what size battery?

how do i do split relay from van battery to battery in back of van or do i need to do this?

what way do i connect up system, pump/ ro etc what goes where like?

should i bolt a frame down with tank or should i just ratchet strap it in?

i agree sean, nice guys to deal with but the figure they are looking for way off the mark

sean what do you think of the ready made kit i posted in link before this

does it take longer to fill because ro system has not got same capacity

Get a bigger tank than 250 ltr Tom.
Minimum of 350 ltr for a one man set-up but 400 ltr woud be better otherwise you will soon be found lacking.

ive a seat inca van so payload does not allow for now

250L will do until i establish myself a bit more , thanks andy
