OK I would use Aqua Mix HDT&G cleaner diluted 3:1.  Pre wet the floor with water then add the HDT&G cleaner diluted.  Allow to dwell then agitate using Mono Rotary fitted with a Soft to Medium brush add a little honing powder if it is heavily soiled.  Then seal with either Aqua Mix High Gloss Sealer for a 1 part system or use Aqua Mix Seal & Finish Low Sheen 2 coats and then 1 -2 Coats of Aqua Mix Floor Shine & Hardener if you want a 2 part system

Might want some AM SCR if she had the floor sealed with 10 layers of slate seal or similar - find out before turning up to do the job :)

Thanks Graham, There is only possibly 2 or 3 coats of some sort of seal on the floor and most of it is worn away,

Cheers

Allow plenty of time to get the old sealer off - the detailing around edges, in the dimples, etc, can take a looong time. Many will disagree, but we find high pressure hot rinsing far quicker than just mopping & wet vaccine.

You will need to leave several days between cleaning / stripping and sealing with a topical sealer.
