It's good that you're in that position mate.
I was in a similar position this time a year ago. Trying to do all the work, quote new jobs, do the paperwork etc.
I decided to take someone on, which was a gamble as it was approaching wintertime. Then I got nervous about him going out on his own and kept delaying it, still had the same problems re finding time for the 'business' stuff. Then I broke my foot so he had to go on his own, and from then it was amazing how much I could get done and how much more efficient everything was.
Now I try to be 'on the tools' 3 days a week, 3 big days mind and have the other days spare for everything else, quotes etc.
Do you have anyone working for you? If not maybe think about, you may lose out financially for a bit but you will have extra time to get in new work, really good work.
It's only you that can hold your business back, so you need to trust in and rely on others.
Hope that helps.
