This is a good round that does not require much travelling between jobs and provides a steady stream of income. It’s a perfect starter round or addition to an existing round that needs its income increased.
All houses are cleaned by WFP and there are opportunities to increase income as many clients have conservatories that are cleaned on an ad-hoc basis. They will also ask to have their gutters, frames and soffits cleaned. There is also plenty of scope to gain new customers every time the round is worked.
Most clients pay cash on the day and the rest either send a cheque using the envelope system or pay via BACS transfer. All clients are prompt with payment.
We will introduce you to clients and will also give them a letter of introduction as well as providing a breakdown of monthly income and yearly figures.
The reason for selling is that we are concentrating on commercial work located in The City/Central London.
