van insulation

I bought some expanding foam from screwfix to foam up my van (ford escort 75D) I started with the back doors, OK so then tried the roof.... what a nightmare... had it falling off and making a mess everywhere.. even fell in my air... I almost lost the will to live..
Then I did some research and found other guys had just gone to B and Q and got the silver bubble rap

-- This one cost me a tenner.
and I bought the glue from ebay but I used the whole can so had to buy some more. this is the cheapest I could find,

I would recommend getting 2 or 3 cans. It took me less than half a hour to do most of the van. I will finish it off once the rest of the glue is delivered.
