the reel bit would not be a problem always adapt a wooden  electrit wire cable reel the bigger one , its the connections as when it spins you beed the part that connects to pump not to spin , but nobody i can find stocks them , looks like i will have to drop down to 19 mm or 1/2 inch any one know how long it would take on submesible pump to fill 350 litres .

what i did last year was have it on a large claber reel but only wound the hose onto it i didnt connect in through the side, so i would unreel then find the end which had geka fittings and a blanking cap. but also had about 1.5m of hose coming from pump with geka fitting on, it works but not ideal it would be much better to use the reel in the way it was intended really.

have you looked at GEKA fittings?

just looked at them not to sure how they work , i think i might have to revise it  19mm looks easyer option as parts look easier to get hold ,  how long roughly you think it would take to fill 350 tank .

depends on your transferr pump i have had a SUPER fast one that could do 300L in about 3/4 mins but this one takes between 10& 15 to fill a 500L tank.

No point in having the 25mm if you're going to step it down bud.
Not sure where you are in the world but Pearson hydraulics round here do all the fittings for 25mm hose and all the IBC fittings too.

Describe exactly what you want (or give me a call-be easier) I'm there tomorrow, could probably track down what you want if you like.
Pearsons are cracking suppliers but bizarrely they don't have their product list online...
