I always like to say thank you to anyone who's customer service is excellent.

Well, Vyair are top notch!

Just mailed them about a issue with a pump, loss of pressure & received an e-mail, within 5 minutes asking me for my address so they can send me the part to rectify the problem!

What more can you say other than Excellent service!

i just threw my vyair pump straight in the bin after three months spluttering and not pumping im so sick of pumps i run them all from backpacks converted now, i have enver broken a backpack pump in the time i have broken 3 sureflows and a vyair, we pump through 100 meters of hose with a backpack with no problems as all

I've only ever used Flojet up to trying the Vyair, which I've had for almost a year and used it hard in that time & this is the first issue I've had. I do agree though, pumps are a pain in the ass! don't think I've ever managed more than 2 years out of one.
