i know i am speaking out of turn here but i have a niggling feeling its all gone go wrong for aquadapter I dont know why, maybe they are struggling i hope not but...
I got an e-mail from Steve a few mins ago,.. they're just very busy with new poles being released (Arriving in less than 2 weeks he told me), new lighter version of the AD out and a fancy new website he's having to get to grips with working (Thats my doing, sorry!)If you've contacted them, you'll get a reply soon I'm sure. Their customer service is top notch usually.
Ordered some items on tuesday,money gone from my account.Not had an email or any goods.I have rang the number and it says to email them,but email offline.They are usually very good,but this is a worry.
I sent an a-dapta back to get fixed , send it recored post they couldn't be bother to pick it up or sign for it so I got it back untouched !!!
