It would perhaps be best to remove the fellas contact details now? There are many more lurkers on this site than active members, the fella will probably be getting bombarded with calls tomorrow if his details stay on this site all night.

The manager has not got time to organise a visit for a quote. Just do it by email he said, i havn't got time for all that. So, google map it and chance your arm . If you don't ask you don't get. And if you do get and you didn't look then you may be very sorry.  ;D
 My price is submitted. You could bid too, won't even cost you a phone call .

To be fair i don't think me ringing him at 11pm when i've just got in from the pub myself was a good idea.
