for those that use them, do you know what the rate is in ltr/min that you use most

i'm trying to find out if my backpack rate is faster or slower than other people use, it gives 1 ltr in 37 secs & i find this plenty

As long as you work to the flow it doesn't really matter.

i know mate, just i've been reading threads that say they use a lot slower than i do but its the slowest speed i have at the moment
