Full round with minimal domestic customers!
« on: October 20, 2013, 05:29:02 pm »
Are there any guys on here who have a full round with less than 100 monthly well price £30 plus houses??
I have always gone for easy £10 houses doing 20-30 a day which sometimes causes headaches but if it was 5 or 6 £50 jobs a day, that would be my ideal easy to run. business but have never gone that route and am wondering if anyone actualy does it like this??.
25x£10 jobs or 5x£50 jobs a day
I so wish it was the 5x£50 jobs a day.

The majority of mine are in the £15 - £30 range plus a few days of £40 -£60 houses.
I do very few £10 - £12 houses these days as I find that when I canvass these type of roads they are already sewn up where I live so I tend to canvass the villages and country roads where the bigger houses are and get better results.

I have branched out into pressure washing, and it has been like a breath of fresh air staying on a job for a few hours, and not having to take the gear in and out of the van so often   ;D

doh i didnt think of that.  i think i was just being dangled the school to be honest, the guy wanted me to take on a string of shops over 2 counties  but i cant do that not with workers and only 1 van between us.
