http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Quick-Release-Straight-Through-Coupling-with-8mm-Hose-Barb-QRM_COUPLING_8MM.htmlsorry that one for microbore: http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Quick-Release-Straight-Through-Coupling-with-6mm-Hose-Barb-QRM_COUPLING_6MM.html
Always have a leak on the section that links reel to the hose (the tapered brass fitting)I use quality jubilee clips from Gardiners, even double up,but I still get a leak I use about 8 inches of garden hose from the reel to the beginning of the microbore, and find that this often blows holes in it.Is there anything else I can use to link the reel to the microbore apart from garden hose?
This is where the problem is on this boyhttp://www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk/shop/index.php?option=com_aceshop&route=product/product&path=92&product_id=2038
never had a problem microbor should fit straight over the brass fitting if you got the right size barb.also use 'o' rights,as I found when using the jubilee clips they get move when you are winding in. go on say it you love me

And yes I use a varistream controller,i use fan jets also
bit of advice don't over tighten the barb as it will crack the elbow bit and you wont know til it leaks
